Alaska Heavy Civil Construction Company specializing in remote site development is looking for a field office administrator.
Duties include (but are not limited to):
- Coding daily time for employees and equipment in our time capture software
- Following up with employees for time entry as needed
- Reviewing coded time for accuracy and correcting as needed
- Generating time reports for coding review by supervisors
- Producing time reports for client approval
- Providing backup to travel coordinator
- Assisting with other duties as needed
Requirements for candidates for this position include:
- Ability to multitask in high-demand, fast-paced environment
- Experience with Windows Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
- Ability to work well with minimal supervision
- Flexibility in work rotation schedule (see below)
- Excellent communication skills
- Negative drug and breath alcohol tests
We are looking for a highly motivated, detail oriented individual who will take the initiative and do what it takes to get the job done. Sage 300 CRE experience is preferred but not required.
This is a rotation position based in a field office on Alaska's North Slope. Standard rotation is 3 weeks on/3 weeks off. Work days while on site are 12 hours/day miminum, 7 days per week. Pay is open to negotiation and will depend on previous experience. Flights provided between Anchorage or Fairbanks and field office. All room and board paid while on site.
