Essential job functions:
- Assist sales teams with installation support
- Must have home exterior construction/carpentry knowledge/experience
- Facilitate installation trainings
- Perform requested job site inspections
- Keep up to date installation instructions/documents
- Product testing
- Field communication w/distribution, detailers, Everlast Sales, contractors, and homeowners.
- Report directly to Product Management
- Ability to work remotely
Key Duties:
· Understand brand features/benefits and competitive edge over the competition
· Communicate with colleagues using Microsoft based software and remote meetings.
· Presenting live training product installation
· Travel up to 60% to job sites/customer events/trade shows
· Assist in developing and launching new products
· Work with quality, customer service, and our customers investigating and resolving quality & warranty issues/claims
Qualifications:
- High School diploma at a minimum
- 2 year minimum in residential construction and/or similar technical service position
- Strong communicator
- Ability to multi-task at a high level
- Independent worker
- Ability to meet deadline
- Troubleshooting skills
- Navigate Microsoft Office software
- Present to small/medium audiences
