TEAM ROLE: Seasonal Beerback
SUMMARY:
The seasonal Beerback (mid-August through mid-May) supports beertenders, maintains cleanliness, and assists guests to ensure they have an exceptional experience at the Flounder Brewing tasting barn. This team member will be responsible for cleaning glassware, tables, maintaining restroom cleanliness, stocking supplies and products as needed, assisting guests in finding a table for their party, and ensuring guests are enjoying their time at the tasting barn.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Help create a welcoming and friendly experience for all guests
- Collect glassware, food debris, and trash
- Clean tables and chairs (indoors and outdoors)
- Sweep and mop the floors
- Assist guests in locating seating
- Run/unload the glass washer
- Restock glassware
- Maintain a clean and neat tasting barn by removing trash, sweeping, and mopping
- Keep an eye on all guests while making rounds to collect glassware to ensure guests are following rules and regulations
- Perform other tasks as needed to support smooth operation of the tasting barn
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 18 years of age
- Willingness to work weekends
- Must not work in any other alcohol tier. We are a manufacturer.
- Ability and willingness to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability and willingness to stand on feet for up to 8 hours
MONTHS NEEDED: mid-August through mid-May
HOURS PER WEEK = Variable--ranging from 4 to 12
PAY = $18.16 per hour (training and orientation are paid)
