We help Nonprofits incorporate, obtain their 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status, maintain compliance through charity registrations, annual report filing and annual 990 filings and provide growth and development support to help emerging nonprofits gets off the ground.

About the Role
Summary
Create raving BryteBridge fans through good communication, quick responses, and detailed information.
Responsibilities
This role requires direct client contact, managing tickets, calls for information or project finalization, processing upgrades, mailing for agencies, and developing best practices with the Client Success Team for efficiency and satisfaction, all while meeting client expectations.
Duties
- Update the CRM with information during active projects, ensuring that up-to-date information is always available.
- Verify that completed documents are available in the client's Workdrive before product completion.
- Ensure project timelines are kept in line with the BryteBridge Terms of Service by holding clients accountable for information requests and, when necessary, moving projects to cancelation.
- Manage and conduct all client-facing communication for, including but not limited to:
- Conduct unscheduled welcome calls.
- Review and respond to client tickets.
- Answer scheduled and impromptu client calls based on preset availability schedules.
- Request additional information required to complete formation-related projects.
- Provide clear information and instructions.
- Conduct scheduled 1:1 calls when necessary to provide additional explanation and service for Connect Members.
- Process upgrades and product adjustments as needed to provide exceptional client service.
- Prepare and process physical mail required for formation-related projects, including mailing checks and documentation to required state and federal agencies.
- Develop best practices in coordination with the entire Client Success Team to ensure efficacy and client satisfaction.
- Assist other team members by liaising with them through healthy and positive interactions.
- Continuously update skills by participating in professional and cross-training sessions, events, or continuing education opportunities.
- Complete other tasks, responsibilities, or duties as assigned by management.
Skills and Qualifications
- Two years of experience in nonprofit administration, customer service, project management, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of nonprofit operations.
- Solid organizational and research skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complex information into a user-friendly format.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently while being extremely attentive to detail and demonstrate clear ownership of projects while partnering closely with other in-house or off-site team members.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balance multiple priorities, and re-prioritize work as required.
- Strong work ethic, integrity, initiative, follow-through, and good judgment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and usage.
- Experience with Microsoft Office software.
- Flexibility and adaptability to change and adapt to new processes and procedures.
- Commitment to and passion for the BryteBridge mission and vision.
OSHA Requirements
This position requires standing or sitting for extended periods, filing documents in high or low cabinets, using the telephone, and using computer systems.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
