Job Overview:
Negron Law, LLC is seeking a dedicated Legal Assistant/Office Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the legal team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with document preparation, and case management
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic files
- Utilize document management systems such as CLIO for efficient file organization
- Assist in drafting legal correspondence, memos, and contracts
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records of client information
- Support attorneys in trial preparation and court proceedings
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling for attorney
- Provide general administrative support
Skills:
- Proficiency in file management and organization within a legal setting
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills (Spanish speaking is a plus!)
- Exceptional organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Great sense of work-life balance
