Lake Cumberland Marine and Powersports has expanded to include the entire line of Can-Am off road products and need your help! We are looking for team member passionate and knowledgeable in off road powersports and the riding community.
Our Service Team members act as informative middlemen between their employer and customers at dealerships. Service Advisors make the experience of having your Vehicle serviced as quick, easy and understandable as possible. They coordinate the process of obtaining information from the customer and setting the repair or maintenance process in motion.
Working with both customers and mechanics, Service Writers must have a strong grasp on customer service expectations and repair concepts. Service Writers typically work a regular schedule, which may include some weekend shifts. They report to the Service Manager.
Responsibilities Include:
-Schedule Appointments
- Create Retail and Warranty Repair Orders
- Keep Records
- Monitor Service Progress
-Communicate with Customers
-Communicate with manufacturers
-File and process Warranty claims
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Be a problem solver willing to tackle anything
- Be able to work independently and efficiently
Someone who excels in this position has an eye for detail and the natural drive to keep busy and get the job done will do very well.
