HTS is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our therapy team at a 68-bed senior living community in Louisville, Kentucky. Located on a 35-acre campus in southern Jefferson County, this great facility offers a full continuum of care, from independent and assisted living to memory care and skilled nursing care.
· Full time position at 30 – 40 hours per week.

Opt to “float” to a second highly rated skilled nursing facility in Louisville. This facility has a lot to offer: a great location in downtown Louisville, a beautiful newly updated therapy department, and a clinical variety of clients from rehab to home, long-term residents, and outpatient.
Or opt to work 18 – 25 hours weekly (5 days per week) at a skilled nursing facility in Sellersburg, Indiana (Clark County). along Interstate 65 about 15 minutes north of Louisville. A newly renovated therapy gym features Nu-Step reciprocal exerciser and ADL kitchen.

Requirements
Applicants must have an active Kentucky Physical Therapist Assistant license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn a Kentucky license. These qualifications include graduation from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist assistant education program, subsequent passing of a state-administered national exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
