Concierge Medicine of Boca Raton is seeking a Board-Certified Internal Medicine Physician who is dedicated to providing high-quality, personalized care for patients in beautiful Boca Raton. The ideal candidate will embody our commitment to a whole-body, proactive approach to healthcare. As a physician in our practice, they will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive medical care that addresses not only the immediate concerns of our patients but also focuses on promoting long-term wellness and disease prevention.
The Concierge physician is available to their patients 24/7, 365, via telephone and digital media (i.e. text, e-mail or messaging via EMR) except when out of office on leave such as for vacation, medical reasons, or conferences. Weekend call may be shared with other physicians in the Concierge Medicine of Boca Raton practice.
This Concierge Medicine practice offers private membership-based services and has great growth potential.
Effective communication, sound customer service skills and prompt responsiveness are essential in this role. Compassion, teamwork, adaptability, and high levels of professionalism are required in order to provide the best bedside care and success in this position as we build relationships with our patients. Willingness to innovate and create is a plus.
Responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to, direct patient care in an office setting, courtesy rounds for patients in local hospitals. Responsibilities may also include home health visits for homebound patients, if necessary, and participation in community events as Concierge Medicine of Boca Raton ambassadors. Care coordination and facilitation as well as proper documentation of patient encounters in the EMR are essential to making the concierge medicine practice successful.
Prompt communication of results via telephone, electronic messaging (via text, email and EMR) is a top priority. In order to deliver high quality care to our patients, additional responsibilities include effectively communicating and working with the clinical and non-clinical staff members of the Concierge Medicine team.
A typical office day for a Concierge Medicine physician might look like this:
● Membership-style practice limited to no more than 600 patients.
● 8-10 patient visits per day
● Unhurried appointments that run on time
● Patients get your undivided attention, and you can proactively impact their lives.
● Comprehensive annual wellness program and coaching patients on lifestyle modifications
● Stay on top of medical advances and have time to research challenging cases.
The ideal candidate:
· Should preferably have at least 3 years of experience in a primary care setting
· Should possess great communication skills and exceptional bedside manner.
· Have clean malpractice and unrestricted Florida medical license.
· Willingness to offer a high level of care for patients.
· Tech savvy with the ability to use and or learn our systems.
· Ability to be adaptable and work in a fluid, multitasking environment.
· Strong process and organizational skills
· The ability to problem-solve and think outside of the box.
· Conduct thorough patient assessments with a focus on identifying underlying health issues and risk factors.
· Develop personalized treatment plans that encompass both traditional medical interventions and lifestyle modifications to optimize patient health.
· Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for patients, integrating input from specialists, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
· Educate patients on the importance of preventive care measures, empowering them to take an active role in managing their health.
· Stay abreast of latest medical research and advancements in preventive medicine to continuously enhance patient care practices.
· A collaborative and team-oriented approach to patient care, valuing input from colleagues and other healthcare professionals.
· Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively educate and motivate patients towards healthy lifestyle choices.
· Proficiency in utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) systems and other digital healthcare tools.

● Schedule: Start ASAP
● Office hours: Mon, Wed, Thurs and Fri from 8:30am-5:30pm, Tuesdays from 10:30am-7:30pm, then on call for your own patients
● Flexible call schedule with other concierge physicians
● Assignment: Outpatient Only
● Physician will start with no patients and build patient base from scratch with support. Current Physician has a waitlist.
● Practice is currently full and receives an average of 5 new patients/week.
● Physician will round on own patients in the hospital informally as a patient advocate, but the hospitalist will manage the case.

Pay: $250,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
