Job Description
Our client, a top provider of emergency and non-emergency commercial restoration, construction, and roofing solutions throughout the United States, Mexico, and Puerto Rico, is seeking a dynamic and experienced National Commercial Business Development leader to expand capabilities by attracting new clients and building stronger relationships with existing clients. The role focuses on providing quality service and ensuring minimal business continuity disruption for clients. This is a full-time role with our client's organization. The role is remote based on the candidate's location.
Responsibilities

Generate new leads and research potential clients.

Schedule in-person presentations with key decision-makers.

Master the company's capabilities and develop effective closure strategies.

Create engaging presentations.

Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure excellent customer service.

Act as a business continuity partner for clients' emergency service needs.

Communicate clients' needs to Project Directors, Project Managers, and field personnel to ensure projects meet objectives.

Network with the sales marketing team.

Utilize marketing tools to promote services and increase revenue.

Ensure the organization is always presented with integrity.

Monitor, train, and assist in maintaining vendor programs.
Required:
-
Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Minimum 8+ years conducting sales and business development activities across commercial markets.

Experience in national commercial markets, including Commercial, Multi-family, Education, Healthcare, Retail, and Hospitality.

Proven sales experience with the development of new and existing client bases.

Ability to travel up to 75%, both domestically and internationally as business needs require.

Proficiency in cold calling, lead creation, and effective follow-up strategies.
Preferred:

Familiarity with commercial insurable large loss.
Knowledge and Skills:

Proven sales and management experience.

Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits

Salary: $100K - $120K (DOE) Base

Vehicle: Company Vehicle or Vehicle Allowance

Incentive Plan: Uncapped commission (up to 2% of the gross profit of the contract) + add-ons.
