We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Supply Chain and Logistics team. This role involves managing appointments, coordinating with carriers, handling shipping documentation, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities
Appointment Scheduling:
- Schedule inbound and outbound shipments.
- Coordinate depot appointments for deliveries and pickups.
Documentation Management:
- Pull Bills of Lading (BOLs), verify accuracy, and submit to accounting.
- Code and track shipping documents for orders, including specific requirements for customers.
Reconciliation and Reporting:
- Reconcile deductions related to shipping discrepancies.
- Update and maintain records of shipment dates, delivery statuses, and any order revisions.
Carrier Coordination:
- Work with carriers to manage delays, track shipments, and negotiate rates.
- Liaison with Carriers for scheduling and updates.
Canada Shipping:
- Manage TAS codes for shipments to Canada, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Warehouse Operations:
- Schedule outbound carriers and complete necessary bio forms.
- Code warehouse outbound shipments and ensure accurate ship dates and delivery confirmations.
Supply Chain and Product Fulfillment:
- Work closely with the supply chain team to ensure smooth product fulfillment.
- Collaborate on inventory management and order processing to meet customer demands efficiently.
Educational Background
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or supply chain roles.
- Experience with Canada shipping and TAS coding is an asset.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with logistics software and ERP systems.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
