Luxe Seafood Company is looking for a sushi prep staff/fish slicing to support our rapid growth. You are responsible for accurately and efficiently cutting, preparing and portioning fish in accordance with our instruction and procedures. No prior sushi experience is needed, but a can-do, positive attitude is a must!
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant kitchen
- Ability to understand, retain and follow instructions.
- Demonstrated ability to work well with others
Position Responsibilities:
- Cleaning, cutting, slicing, and filleting fish
- Ensuring proper quality and standards of all supplies.
- Understanding the specific requirement of clients
- Maintain clean and organized prep stations
- Minimizing wastage while cutting the fish.

Hours: 4:30am-12pm
3-4 days per week.
