Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and transcribing notes
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist in coordinating office projects and meetings
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Handle order entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Experience:
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role
- Proficiency in computer applications including MS Office
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with project coordination and office management practices
