Johnson Bros Bakery Supply, Inc. a leader and innovator in the Baking and Brewery Industries, has an opportunity available for a proven Account Manager in the South Texas area (Corpus Christi, Laredo, Eagle Pass, Del Rio) with extensive sales experience to create long-term, trusting relationships with new and existing customers.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, to include managing and maintaining relationships with existing customers
- Develop new business from existing customers
- Actively seek new sales opportunities
- Prepare daily reports on customer activities, to include keeping records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal JBBS team members
- Be available for customers
Qualifications:
Bilingual in Spanish is a must
Travel is required, 50%.
Good driving record with reliable transportation for meeting customers and attending meetings
High school diploma or equivalent is required, but higher education or equivalent work experience is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to prioritize a busy workload
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a results-driven environment
- Previous experience in the food industry is a plus
