Phantom Fireworks is seeking a Graphic Design Manager to start immediately. The Graphic Design Manager oversees the in-house art department with print and web projects. Qualified candidates will possess strong graphic design skills, and be detail- oriented, self-motivated, and have the ability to organize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Led and manage the graphics design team, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives
- Create and design visually appealing graphics, including but not limited to, logos, brochures, posters, infographics, packaging, and website elements.
- Maintain a digital asset management system to organize and archive all design files, ensuring easy access for future use.
- Review and approve final designs, ensuring they meet brand guidelines and project specifications.
Skills and Attributes Required:
- Graphic design major or enrolled in a related degree program.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, strong editing skills
- Knowledge of digital media software – Adobe Creative Suite and other graphic design software
- Ability to contribute, communicate, and participate in cross-functional teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work even under tight deadlines.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of designers.
