Job Summary:
We are seeking Customer Service Representatives with an interest in developing a career in a growing industry. Previous experience is beneficial but not required for this position. We are looking for a strong individual who is capable of learning quickly, taking initiative and effectively managing multiple tasks at once.
Job Duties:
- Providing customer service weekly report to manager
- Answering calls & responding to customer inquiries promptly
- Getting and making carts and parts orders in system
- Assisting customers with technical issues and elevating to technician/manager as needed
- Notifying sales representative, customer, and management of possible delays or issues with orders
- Performing other job duties related to the job, as assigned by management.
Skills Requirements:
- Must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent verbal communication
- People person, able to provide excellent customer service
- Great listening skills
- Responsible, goal oriented, & organized
