We are seeking a dedicated and friendly MedSpa Coordinator to join our team. The MedSpa Coordinator will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing spa appointments, and ensuring the smooth operation of the spa.
**Duties:**
- Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment book efficiently
- Assist clients in selecting appropriate spa services and products
- Process payments accurately using a cash register or POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa reception area
- Promote retail sales of spa products
- Provide information on spa services, packages, and promotions
- Coordinate with spa staff to ensure seamless customer experience
**Experience:**
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service roles
- Proficiency in English language (Bilingual is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills to manage appointments effectively
- Ability to sell products and services persuasively
- Familiarity with cash register operations and retail math
- Knowledge of POS systems for transactions
- Must be tech Savvy
- Knowledge of Microsoft such as Excel.
