Join our team as a Call Center Representative where you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients with their inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding products or services
- Assist customers with problem-solving and troubleshooting issues
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Follow communication scripts to ensure consistency and quality of service
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member
- Meet or exceed call quotas and sales targets
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to empathize and prioritize customer needs
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish or other languages is a plus
- Ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions
- Previous experience in a medical office or knowledge of medical terminology is advantageous
