Duties and Responsibilities:
. Lead a team of 3-4 techs
. Schedule vendors
· Maintain common areas and grounds to ensure they are clean and presentable to tenants and perspective tenants.
· Complete work orders within 24 hours
· Complete unit turns within Managements turn schedule
· Be able to trouble shoot appliance, electrical and plumbing issues
· On-call for emergencies, as required by the Management.
· Complete purchase orders for necessary supplies and equipment.
· Communicate effectively with the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager
· Ensures property follows all safety and sanitation policies, procedures, and regulations.
· Maintain tools and equipment.
· Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
· Dependable/responsible/self-starter
· Minor appliance repair, painting, sheetrock, and ability to learn new skills and take direction.
· Light plumbing, and electrical skills a plus
· Have a valid driver’s license
· Read, write, and speak English
