Ministry Oversight

Maintain and communicate alignment for YA Ministry with the vision, model, and values of 12Stone Church
- Develop, refine, and oversee systems that effectively track ministry metrics and spiritual next steps for young adults (age 18-27)

Contribute to cultivating a culture of spiritual intensity, authentic community, and biblical discipleship for young adults
- Serve as a subject matter expert for discipleship and assimilation of young adults

Develop a YA leadership team of volunteers to help implement ministry vision and increase influence across campuses

Schedule campus visits to network with young adults and YA Group Leaders
- When assigned, provide coaching and development to YA Residents
Global YA Gatherings

Determine direction for communication and content for the monthly global gathering

Recruit, train, and care for teams of Daymakers to serve at the monthly global gatherings

Provide leadership, planning and organization of global special events (e.g., Outreach events/trips, trainings, Night of Worship)
Campus Support

Maintain healthy relationships with Campus staff

Proactively seek to support Campuses with current YA challenges and anticipate Campus needs before they arise
-
Clearly and consistently communicate with Campuses on upcoming opportunities for young adults
- Support Campus staff by providing the necessary tools and resources to facilitate connection with young adults attending their campus

Create accessible ways for Campuses to invite young adults to the monthly global gatherings
Spiritual Formation

Attend Campus Services SF Staff meetings and SF All-Team meetings

Partner with Lead SF Pastor to provide oversight and resourcing for the New Believer process for all of 12Stone
-
Consult with Campus SF Pastors to recruit, train and equip young adult Group Leaders
-
Assist with recruiting, training, and care for YA Group Coaches to oversee Campus Groups
- Lead young adults through spiritual milestones and build intentional bridges to help them assimilate into a “home” campus

Must attend 12Stone® Church
Experience:
-
College Degree preferred
-
Experience in a volunteer development culture
-
One to three years experience in ministry or church vocational work is preferred
- Experience in organizing multiple projects and events
