Job Responsibilities:
- Identify defects such as: cracks, blisters, stress fractures and cosmetic flaws.
- Estimate repair times, plan for materials, coordinate jobs with management.
- Repair or modify damaged or defective glass-fiber parts, using appropriate power or hand-tools, and checking thicknesses, densities, and contours to ensure a close fit after repair.
- Mix gel coat with catalyst and spray or brush repaired surfaces, match colors.
- Buff and polish repaired surfaces.
- Use of measuring tools: tap measure, protractor, level, caliper, scale(s), volume measurement/cups.
- Operate various air tools, sanders, grinders, etc.
- Ability to work in a team environment with a positive attitude.
- Follow safety procedures and use proper PPE.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
