The store manager is someone who will lead the team and store with success by taking ownership of the location and maintaining an organized and efficient process for operational excellence.
Store Manager Duties:
- Set a positive tone and strong work ethic
- Lead by example, you will be hands on alongside the team majority of your shift.
- Train and develop staff to demonstrate all company standards in customer experience and operations
- Communicate information and any changes to your team
- Motivate the team and communicate goals
- Make the barista schedule, working with availability and requested time off
- Hold your team and yourself accountable
- Provide ongoing performance feedback and development for staff members
- Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, food safety standards and equipment.
- Weekly Inventory, Budgeting and Ordering
- Daily Sales Goals Tracking

Pay: $18.00 per hour
