We are currently seeking a full time Accounts Receivable clerk for a Property Management Company in the Tamiami Airport area. Candidates for this position must be reliable, a team player, and able to represent our company in a pleasant, competent and professional manner.
DUTIES INCLUDE but not limited to :
*Perform all day to day office activities.
*Strong organizational skills and ability to multi- ask in very fast paced environment.
*Bilingual (English and Spanish).
*Make deposits, import and download payment files.
*Respond to unit owner phone calls and emails regarding their account.
*Respond to Board Members regarding association delinquencies.
*Send collection notices to delinquent unit owners.
*Reconcile bank accounts.
*Keep track of customer account details for non-payment, delayed payments and other irregularities.
*Research and respond to all accounts receivable inquiries in a prompt and professional manner.
*Apply credits or charges as necessary.
*Communicating with customer via phone, email or mail.
*Filing
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
*Condo Manager Experience is a plus..
*Strong computer skills including: Outlook, Word, and Excel.
*Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
*Ability to communicate ideas and recommendations effectively.
*Detailed oriented.
*Punctuality is a must.
*Dress Code is Business Casual/Professional
This position is Monday to Friday 8 A.M to 5 P.M.
