Key Tasks:
- Review and approve process changes for their area, and process related documentation, as per the program delivery responsibility matrix, by providing process input to Training Materials, Desk Top Procedures, Test Scenarios (where efficient and relevant) and other documentation as required.
- Where allocated to cluster deployments support all process related roll out activities, as required by the project, including supporting the process lead in deployment preparation and due diligence, process education, fit-gap analysis and facilitation of fit gap sessions, process design, support for change impact assessment and providing process input training materials review, user acceptance testing and hyper-care as well as ad-hoc tasks required for project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Ensures adherence to established program methodology and ways of working for process in their process stream
- Maintain the process model at levels 4 to 5, including data, internal controls, KPIs, desk top procedures and other knowledge elements as required..
- Process SMEs may be allocated to a template deployment or a template development team.
- Process input to change Impact Assessment
- Provide input into Change & Comms plan for addressing impacts identified (this can cover a lot of activities: workaround definition, preparing/reviewing content for comms, etc)
- GBO transition (knowledge transfer, activity split discussions, DTP review)
- Data migration (extractions/ validations mainly needed in exceptional cases )
- SIT (scenarios input, validation of specific results only from process perspective)
- UAT (Test Scenarios selection/input)• Cutover (planning & execution – limited)
- Training (Knowledge Transfer to trainers, materials review)
- Hand-hold country and GBO resources throughout the project to secure an understanding of the process and operating model and to guide the transformation and provide clarification of any area of concern or doubt
- Perform process design for template enhancements approved to be implemented in the SAP solution/ operating model in BOT (review and provide input to process documentation, get Process Lead approvals on key design decisions working closely with SSD)• Support Demand Management Office on validation forums for demands• Support Data Migration validation (extractions, specs, results, etc) for Demand implementation
- Support SIT run by SI (i.e., review SIT scope, review new/changed scenarios, review SIT results documented by SI, agree defect fixing solutions) from process perspective• Support UAT run by GBO & Country (i.e., support test execution with solution input, agree defect fixing solutions)
- Support Hypercare (i.e., support ticket investigation & defect resolution) for process defects• Provide input to Training preparation (Solution input to trainers, materials review limited)Provide input to Change Impact Assessment for Demands
