The Administrative Assistant is a support position for managers and executives. The successful candidate will help with the coordination of projects and events, scheduling, and data entry.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the office.
- Input and organize data into database systems.
- Answer company phones.
- File documents and manage company records.
- Greet visitors and direct calls to appropriate parties.
- Co-ordinate among various departments with administrative supports.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
