Sales Representative
We are a small fast-growing company in the Irvine area. We specialize in medical testing equipment for product development and demonstration, serving medical device companies worldwide. Our products are manufactured and customized to meet a variety of medical devices, as such we are a dynamic company that requires a change environment mindset. This position requires a hunter mentality. The ideal candidate is goal driven, capable of identifying and pursing leads, and is innovative in finding solutions to customer needs.

Job Responsibilities:
- Daily interaction with sales and marketing executives, product and department management, as well as engineers to create strong customer relationships.
- Pursue and build new customer relationships, generate sales leads by identifying needs and offering solutions using B2B sales tactics.
- Proficient with sales practices, and business acumen to conduct meetings with C-Level executives, product and department managers as well as engineers.
- Actively research and identify information about new and existing products to identify sales opportunities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives, as well as sales growth as outlined by sales plan.
- Provide medical device professionals with information and training on the use of product and technical troubleshooting.
- Daily interaction and collaboration with internal departments in order to meet customer inquiries.
- Prepares reports; and performs required administrative sales duties, e.g., filing expense account reports, scheduling appointments, and making travel plans.

- Able to successfully build rapport with new and existing customers and to maintain positive mutual partnerships with both internal and external customers.
- Assertive with a natural inclination to hunt new business and close deals in a timely manner.
- Able to absorb technical information quickly and convey this to a broad range of customers via email, telephone or in person through one on one interactions or in a group presentation setting.
- Some understanding of human anatomy and/or medical terminology ideal.

- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- B2B sales experience (3 years preferred).
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Google docs.
- Some experience with Sales Force or other types of CRM preferred
- Experience with ERP platforms like Business Central or NetSuite preferred.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license, have independent means of transportation and automobile liability insurance.
- Some travel is required. Requires a US Passport for domestic travel.
