Customer Service Manager
Position Overview: The Customer Service Manager is responsible for effectively managing and ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction. This role will act as the primary point of contact between the customer and company to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded. This position will play a critical role in overseeing the order processing, preparation, logistics, shipping, and customer service. Wholesale industry experience and knowledge of the furniture industry is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service, both internally and externally

Ensure customer orders are fulfilled in a timely manner and with accuracy

Develop and manage relationships with customers and suppliers

Analyze customer feedback to identify areas of improvement

Develop and maintain policies, procedures and processes in order to ensure customer service excellence

Prepare customer service related reports for upper management

Handle customer complaints in a courteous and professional manner

Manage and train customer service representatives
Qualifications:
-
Minimum of 3+ years experience in customer service management

Previous industry experience in the wholesale industry

Knowledge of shipping, logistics, order processing, and ERP/EDI systems

Microsoft 365, SPS Commerce
-
Strong problem-solving, solutions-based approach

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Business administration background and experience with Excel
