Overall Function:
The senior client services manager is a highly experienced employee specializing in client service to ensure the maintenance of an efficient, organized office that allows the advisors to focus his/her energy on building client relationships and growing a robust Wealth Management firm. This critical role is to support high activity; high producing Private Wealth Advisors and is a liaison between the home office, financial representative, network office support team and clients.
Specific responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Support:
- Responsible for the function; workflow; task management and performance of the support/servicing team.
- Oversees client account setup and data transfer with platform and products for the purposes of new account setup, risk products, money movement, risk portfolio accounting, trading and performance reporting.
- Managing people; workflow and task management is often a responsibility of the role.
- Maintaining contact with clients to provide or obtain updated information and Responsible for paperwork and client reports.
- Maintains contact with clients to provide or obtain updated information always providing exceptional client servicing.
- Highly experienced support team member to handle case notes, process correspondence and maintain client case files
- Responsible for obtaining financials; new statements, account forms and other insurance/investment related materials.
- Maintain financial representative’s calendar and schedule follow-up appointment & answer telephone calls and direct them as appropriate.
- Review insurance applications, conversions and policy changes for completeness and accuracy and return to representative for any missing information.
Qualifications:
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) – highly desirable
- 10 years of Financial Service or Insurance industry experience preferred Life & Health/Securities licenses preferred
- Demonstrated ability to maintain effective working relationships with clients and wealth management advisors
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Able to practice active listening and communicate in a direct manner
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple diverse projects and assignments in a timely and quality manner
- Willingness to learn and the goal to grow
- Ability to embrace change and work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work both independently and on a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
