Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions to assist patients in developing coping skills and managing their mental health conditions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for each patient, documenting observations, treatments, and progress.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Assist in clinical research activities, including data collection and analysis.
- Utilize cognitive behavioral therapy techniques to help patients identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviors.
- Monitor patient behavior and report any concerns or changes to the clinical team.
- Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques when necessary.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices.
- Experience in conducting individual and group therapy sessions.
- Familiarity with cognitive behavioral therapy techniques.
- Ability to provide direct support and assistance to individuals with mental health conditions.
- Proficient in maintaining accurate medical records and documentation.
- Knowledge of clinical research methods and data collection procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Pay: $56,160.00 - $72,800.00 per year
