Sales Manager: Emission Control Devices
A leading company in the manufacturing of emissions control devices for the Oil & Gas Energy Sector is on the lookout for a seasoned Sales and Business Development Manager. This role is crucial for expanding our market presence in the Permian Basin and New Mexico areas, focusing on innovative solutions in emissions control.
Responsibilities:
- Forge and cultivate relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining and enhancing existing client relationships.
- Efficiently manage the sales pipeline to ensure steady growth and client engagement.
- Conduct market analysis to identify and leverage competitive advantages.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics to ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Handle expense reporting and maintain comprehensive product knowledge.
- Travel as necessary to meet business objectives and client requirements.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of sales experience in the oil and gas industry, with a focus on emissions control devices preferred.
- Demonstrated success in the full sales cycle, including deal closing.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Flares, Vapor Recovery Units, Combustion, and Production equipment is highly desirable.
