Job Description:
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. You will be the face of Cascade Fire Equipment, representing our products and services to potential clients in the field.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate new leads through various methods (cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.).
- Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients.
- Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our products/services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
- Report on sales activities and progress regularly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Outside Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Highly motivated and target-driven.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
