Job Summary:
We are seeking an E-commerce Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Must have previous experience with Shopify and Ship Station platforms.
Duties:
- Answer incoming customer calls, emails and assist with inquiries, orders, and product information
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure quality service is provided during all interactions
- Perform outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or sales leads
- Process orders, returns, exchanges and creating labels accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain customer records by updating account information and handling data entry tasks
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on resolving issues effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus but not necessary
- Proficient in data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Ability to handle inbound and outbound calling tasks professionally
- Car Audio Electronics experience preferred but not required
- Experience working with online platforms such as Shopify and Ship station
