Job Summary:
We are seeking a punctual, dependable and detail-oriented Receptionist/Accounting Clerk to join our team. The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls and emails, providing administrative support, ordering office supplies and invoicing customers. Will work closely with the company Bookkeeper. The ideal candidate will have typing, internet and accounting skills.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
- Assist with accounts payable, receivable and timekeeping duties.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
- Research and match invoices with backup paperwork
- Assist with special projects as necessary
Skills:
- Familiarity with Quickbooks is highly desirable
- Strong clerical skills with the ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with data entry
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Previous administrative experience is preferred
This is a part-time position that will lead to full-time employment.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

- 4 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekends as needed
