The Role:
We are seeking an intense and visionary VP of Global Marketing to catapult Edge from $10M to $200M ARR. This role is crucial in steering our Marketing department through a transformative period, designing, implementing, and monitoring marketing strategies that resonate on a global scale. Your mission: to drive demand generation, brand management, and community engagement, solidifying our position as leaders in the global hiring revolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategize and Execute: Develop and execute a robust marketing strategy to elevate brand visibility and drive market dominance.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Foster synergy between marketing, sales, and product teams to enhance our market approach and sales support.
- Market Leadership: Lead the launch of new features and products, propelling company goals and accelerating revenue.
- Product Marketing: Develop and implement product marketing strategies that effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings and drive adoption.
- Campaign Management: Agilely manage marketing campaigns, ensuring adaptability and effectiveness.
- Resource Allocation: Strategize product prioritization and resource distribution for maximum impact.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze marketing performance, guiding strategic decision-making and growth planning.
- Market Analysis: Oversee market analysis to identify expansion opportunities and navigate potential challenges.
- Budget Planning: Plan the marketing budget, forecast hiring needs, and lead the team towards achieving ambitious goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: At least 10 years in digital marketing, with a strong preference for B2B SaaS experience.
- Product Marketing Expertise: Proven track record in developing and executing successful product marketing strategies.
- Proven Success: Demonstrated success in rolling out impactful marketing campaigns.
- Leadership: Expertise in leading and scaling high-performance marketing teams in fast-paced environments.
- Global Insight: Capability to inspire and lead a global team towards exceeding targets.
- Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of marketing technical products and executing strategic go-to-market plans.
- Communication: Exceptional communication skills, coupled with strategic insight and attention to detail.
Metrics Ownership:
You will track and optimize key metrics, including SQLs, lead-to-customer conversion rates, CAC, website traffic, engagement metrics, marketing campaign ROI, and brand awareness.
