Position Overview
Pantheon Data has a need for a Senior Identity Credential and Access Management (ICAM) Architect. This person will be responsible for designing an Identity Access Management solution incorporating a seamless Single Sign On (SSO) and Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) experience for Sailors deployed across the globe, to access MyNavy HR portal and personnel systems.
Responsibilities

Contribute heavily to the global ICAM strategic roadmap and ensure strategic alignment.

Develop policies, practice, and processes to support effective security control design implementation.

Contribute heavily to the selection and implementation of Single Sign On, Multifactor and Biometrics Authentication systems and tools, including integrations and access control mechanisms.

Collaborate with stakeholders, program and project teams, and technologists to ensure clarity of requirements and alignment with approved design.

Maintain all ICAM architectural diagrams, documentation, and roadmaps.

Ensure resilience by design is incorporated into ICAM technologies and processes.

Drive continuous improvement through regular capability maturity assessments.
Required Skills and Experience
-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

Familiarity with security standards and compliance requirements, especially in federal contexts.
-
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
-
8+ years hands-on enterprise ICAM Engineering, Architecture, and security control design implementation.

Solid understanding of Attributes Based Access Control (ABAC) implementation, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and Policy-Based Access Control (PBAC)

Subject matter expertise in global ICAM security technologies and best practices.

Demonstrated experience with one of more of the following:

Digital Identity Management and Identity Governance
-
Authorization ICAM services
-
Data Security Architecture and Data Protection Services
-
Customer Identity Access Management (CIAM) solutioning
-
Authentication and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions
-
Cloud first and cloud native architectures (any or all of Amazon Web Services, Azure, Google Cloud)
-
Utilizing cloud services to build infrastructure as code in an automated fashion
-
Solid understanding of IdAM / ICAM Services like Authentication, Authorization, Identity, and Data Protection through Digital Policy
-
Experience with AWS and Azure cloud platform access management, and IAM tools such as Azure, Okta, EntraID, SailPoint IIQ, password vaults, etc.

Well versed in evolving ICAM and Privileged Access Management (PAM) technologies and capabilities.
-
Fluent in ICAM related threat vectors and acutely aware of evolving and emerging threats. Perform hands-on keyboard implementation of ICAM capabilities to develop repeatable and deployable patterns for potential customers

Experience working globally aligning various systems and nuances.

Familiarity with workstream tools such as Service Now, Jira, Confluence is a plus.

Ability to deliver progressive evolution and maturity of various practices in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills & Experience

Experience working with federal clients is a plus.
Clearance Requirements
U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
Work Location
United States - Remote
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $145,000 - $175,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
