Any absence requests from required trainings must be submitted and approved in advance. It is the reviewer’s responsibility to remain up to date with procedural and guideline changes provided by UA. Opportunities for professional development during the admission season are offered. Throughout the admissions process, reviewers are required to ensure confidentiality and security of the admissions process, files, and university materials.
Reviewers are expected to work approximately 14-18 hours per week, with some weeks during November through January requiring up to 20 hours and some weeks at the start and end of the season requiring fewer than 14 hours. Reviewers are compensated at an hourly rate. Reviewers will conduct a holistic review on average of 80 files a week with some weeks during November through January requiring additional files.
