Function:
Maintenance
The Maintenance Coordinator Technician ensures safe and efficient work execution across multiple disciplines. As a safety-sensitive position, you’ll manage documentation, communicate expectations to contractors, and lead safety meetings, exemplifying our safety culture and core values. You will belong to a team of 5-6 Coordinators and report to the Maintenance Coordinator Supervisor. You will work onsite.
You Will:

Review Contractor Schedules: Evaluate weekly schedules before and during work execution.

Resource Management: Adjust resources based on plant needs, following procurement policies.

Job Safety Enhancement: Audit jobs and provide feedback to improve safety performance and execution efficiency.

Job Package Improvement: Collaborate with the planning group to enhance job packages.

Technical Expertise: Read and interpret P&ID’s, isometric drawings, and piping specifications.

Continuous Improvement: Support projects through teamwork and quality planning.

Documentation and Closure: Ensure completion of tasks, proper work order closure, and documentation submission.

Project Handling: Manage multiple projects and support activities concurrently.

Internal Controls: Comply with established processes and identify internal controls deficiencies.

Safe Execution: Ensure safe execution of routine and turnaround maintenance work.

Resource Coordination: Manage multiple resources from varying trades simultaneously.

EHS Support: Participate in environmental, health, and safety programs.
You Have:
-
Education: Minimum high school diploma or GED.
-
Experience: At least two years in the chemical/petrochemical industry, specializing in one or more of the following:

Boilermaking/Pipefitting
-
Welding
-
Industrial Mobile Equipment Operation
-
Project/Construction Supervision
-
Planner (day-to-day activities and projects)
-
Availability: Willingness to work overtime, weekends, nights, and holidays.

Collaboration and Leadership: Ability to provide directions to and work with others to achieve desired outcomes.
