CSA is seeking a Network Engineer Lead to support our Army clients at multiple locations.
For nearly 50 years, CSA has delivered integrated technology and operational support services to meet the defense and federal sector's most complex enterprise needs. Working from operations centers and shipyards to training sites and program offices, CSA deploys experienced teams, innovative tools and proven processes to advance federal missions.

Acts as the overall communications architect and network team manager for the MTC.
- Designs, plans, implements, and oversees classified and unclassified MTC networks, both WAN and LAN, that support voice, data, and video services for exercises and events.
- Manages MTC integration and use of networks owned and managed by external organizations, including NIPR, SIPR, CENTRIXS, tactical networks, and other networks as required.
- Coordinates network design requirements, and responsibilities with other MTCs and training sites, training units, and external network and communications organizations.
- Designs and establishes network architecture, coordinates network plans, configures network equipment, and assists installing equipment and circuits in support of distributed events and exercises.

Clearance: Must possess a U.S. Top Secret/SCI clearance

Education: Bachelor’s degree in network management or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 8 years’ experience in network architecture design, implementation, and management; possess an advanced knowledge in network planning, troubleshooting and maintenance; advanced knowledge of network hardware and software components; strong understanding of technology integration, information flow, configuration and implementation of LAN, WAN, DNS, DHCP; firewalls and security; and storage and backup methodologies.
- Must understand and be able to apply Risk Management Framework (RMF) methodology and the Certification & Accreditation process.
- Must have experience in applying network patches and STIGs and performing other RMF Cybersecurity tasks.

Candidates based in California, Colorado, Hawaii, New Jersey (Jersey City), New York or Washington: The annual base salary range for this position is $50,000 - $100,000 Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. CSA considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
