Our multi-brand dealership is seeking a motivated individual to assist customers with service on their vehicles, discuss and consult clients in maintenance of their vehicles. This is a vital role which requires multi-tasking, superior communication skills, and excellent organizational skills.
Job Description
- Act as the liaison between the customer and the Service team
- Prepare estimates using the information provided by the technician(s) and Parts department
- Dispatch repair orders to internal technicians, and expedite when required
- Meet with customers upon arrival, perform vehicle “walk around”; work with customer and technician to identify required maintenance
- Provide price and time quotes for requested services, advise customers on necessary/suggested services.
- Calculate the cost of replacement parts, estimates cost of needed repairs
- Write repair orders with itemized lines for each service (Cause, Correction and Concern)
- Contact warranty companies to obtain approval/ coverage for repairs
- Verify applicable manufacturer warranty coverage and follow all necessary warranty procedures
- Present technician findings to customers; sell additional services and repairs to customers.
- Consult with customers throughout their service event, provide status updates to customer.
- Review completed repair orders with customers, advise of manufacturers’ survey and ensure all customer concerns are addressed.
- Provide customer with final invoice and collect payment
- Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person
- Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above designated standards.
- Meet dealership’s standards for repair/order production.
- Schedule appointments with customers
Requirements
- Previous experience as a service advisor is preferred
- Tekion experience helpful
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure
- Great attitude with a high-energy personality
- Superior customer service skills with proven CSI record
- Basic computer skills
- Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen
- Valid U.S. driver's license

Salary: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
