Performs various maintenance duties and handles service requests requiring technical labor skills. Experience and skilled across different maintenance trades. Must be able to communicate effectively with community team members and provide outstanding customer service.
General Accountabilities:
- Perform routine and scheduled maintenance across multiple properties.
- Diagnose and repair problems with HVAC and water systems.
- Painting interior and exterior Plumbing maintenance and repair Pressure washing and installation of mailboxes.
- Electrical maintenance and repair (i.e. light bulb change, smoke detectors, light fixtures, ceiling fans, etc.)
- Perform move out, drive by, and semiannual inspections.
- Preventative or seasonal maintenance Records type and cost of maintenance or repair work, mileage, and expenses Orders parts, supplies, or equipment.
- Performs general cleaning duties of properties which may include junk removal.
- Records type and cost of maintenance or repair work.

Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of related experience
- Licensed driver and vehicle

- Ability to climb stairs Ability to travel up and down a ladder.
- May be required to lift 85 lbs.
