Summary Statement:
The Fountain Worker is an integral support to both front of the house and back of the house, ensuring a memorable and seamless guest experience. The Fountain Worker will be responsible for setting the stage for the guest experience with a welcoming smile and exceptional service. The role will provide the highest quality of Food and Beverage service in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
Job Duties:
Primary Job Duties: – Includes but is not limited to:
- Greet and welcome all guests in a professional manner.

Process customer orders and payments utilizing company POS system.

Package order as per guest's preference with essential condiments.

Ensure food items are constantly stocked and properly rotated.

Stock products as needed.
-
Provide prompt, friendly, and courteous service to guests.

Resolve guest complaints to satisfaction and/or communicate guest issues to management.

Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized work area.

Ensure all Resorts World core values and property and department standards are implemented and applied.

Obtain and maintain position-specific licensing.

Use personal device/ cellular phone for job related operational tasks, job duties, review company documents, etc.

Other duties as assigned – Includes, but is not limited to:

Deliver beverages, including alcoholic options to guests.

Maintain knowledge of house drink selection and menu items and make recommendations to dining room guests.

Maintain knowledge of food menu and selection to make recommendations to “Take Out” guests.
Qualifications:

Ability to effectively communicate in English.

Polished appearance and demeanor.

Excellent customer service skills.

Ability to obtain & maintain full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies, and procedures.

Ability to competently use a Point-of-Sale register
Minimum Education and Experience:
-
High school Diploma or equivalent
-
At least 21 years of age.
-
1 year of experience in field or equivalent.
- At least 1 year as a cashier or previous experience as a barista in a fast-paced Luxury environment.
Preferred:
-
Previous working experience in a large, luxury resort setting.

Excellent customer service skills.

Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
