Job Summary: The Lot Attendant is responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the dealership lot. They will assist in the movement of vehicles and ensure that all vehicles are properly parked and accounted for. The Lot Attendant will also provide support to the sales and service departments as needed.
Responsibilities:

Park and organize vehicles on the dealership lot

Assist in the movement of vehicles between the lot and service department

Ensure all vehicles are properly accounted for and secured

Maintain the cleanliness of the lot, including removing debris and trash

Assist in the preparation of vehicles for delivery to customers

Provide support to the sales and service departments as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Demands:

Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Ability to operate a variety of hand and power tools
Working Conditions: The Lot Attendant will primarily work outdoors on the dealership lot. They may be exposed to various weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold. The Lot Attendant may also be required to work weekends and holidays as needed.
