Job Description
This is a rare and exciting opportunity to be part of our dynamic Leadership Team and report directly into the Head of Americas. You will have full empowerment and support to develop the service strategy with a focus on delivering best-in-class service.
As Regional Service Director, you have the overall responsibility for growing the services business both in revenue and margin. This includes the end-to-end ownership of the services business in the Region, from services sales and technical support, through to services execution and customer satisfaction.
Your work will be purposeful, and you will play an important role in helping the business achieve some exciting goals.
Key responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with the regional leadership team to formulate and execute a comprehensive strategy aimed at the expansion of our services business within the region

Champion a culture of exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Monitor customer feedback, address concerns, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

Take responsibility for P&L management, cost control, budgeting and forecasting of regional delivery teams

Provide feedback, mentoring and coaching to managers and leaders throughout the region to foster a culture of excellence, continuous improvement and innovation

Ensure services growth targets are met in revenue and margin

Expand the services portfolio based on local market needs

Ensure service execution surpasses industry standards

Uphold industry regulations, quality standards, and best practices to ensure services are delivered in a compliant and efficient manner.

Manage cashflow and collection

Implement a continuous improvement mindset by managing and monitoring key KPI’s and service levels and completing root-cause analysis to identify improvement opportunities
Qualifications

>15+ years proven success in building and driving high performing teams in service organizations

Experience in leading change and transformation
-
Experience leading an international service organization, with high performing and geographically distributed teams

Ability to define strategic plans for business functions in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders

Think out of the box mindset to design and develop new service products in line with market needs

Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in written form, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level

Demonstrated ability to maintain high customer satisfaction (NPS) ratings that meet company needs

High level of initiative, ability to lead and work well in a team environment, plan and carry out responsibilities with minimal direction

Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
Additional Information
Our desired location for this position is Sacramento, California however we are open to other locations in the Pacific North West. Relocation options are available for the successful candidate.

For U.S. applicants, in accordance with applicable disclosure requirements, the anticipated base pay range for this position is $180,000 - $230,000. Several factors contribute to actual salary including experience in a similar role or performing comparable job responsibilities, skills, training and other qualifications.
