JOB DESCRIPTION:
We have an immediate opening for a Dental Territory Sales Representative in the San Antonio, TX area.
As a Territory Sales Representative you will be responsible for driving and managing sales activities of accounts within an assigned territory. This involves B2B consultative contact with dental offices in a designated territory to grow merchandise, equipment, and service with existing customers and prospective new customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Regular face-to-face office sales calls to maintain customer relationships, identify customer needs, and provide solutions and customer support.
- Held accountable to achieve quarterly and annual sales goals
- Actively seek out new account growth and sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Develop an execute sales strategies using Midwest programs, tools and initiatives to increase market share in Merchandise, Equipment, Service and Midwest programs.
- Co-travel with equipment specialists, manufacture vendors, and industry partners to uncover opportunities and gain knowledge about new products.
- Participate in sales meetings, dental conventions, and sales training events.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our dental products and services in order to provide accurate and detailed information to customers.
- Stay updated on dental industry trends, market dynamics, competition and product offerings
- Provide product quotes in a timely manner.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field
- 2 to 5 years of sales experience with outside sales experience preferred
- A valid driver's license with reliable transportation and the ability to travel by car making sales calls
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- A strong initiative with exceptional customer service, planning, communication and organization skills.
- Previous experience achieving or exceeding sales goals
- General computer proficiency including knowledge of MS Office is required
- Experience with using a CRM system preferred
PAY:
- Competitive base salary plus commission.
