Accountability objective:
Perform Preventive/predictive Maintenance to all production equipment as required. Work with and help schedule of planned, preventive, and predictive maintenance for equipment, machinery, tools or buildings. Reviews manufacture’s service manuals, and records of maintenance problems to determine optimum frequency of preventive maintenance (PM’S). Studies product and operation schedules and confers with other staff and maintenance Manager and engineers to determine when planned Maintenance will least interference with operation of the establishment. Work with Maintenance Coordinator on estimates costs of personnel, parts, and supplies to be used during scheduled maintenance
Job duties and responsibilities:
· Performs preventive maintenance on all equipment as scheduled By Maintenance coordinator/shift supervisors
· Document unforeseen problems or issues while doing Pm tasks
· Perform minor repairs to equipment
· Help out with Maintenance with issues as they arise
· Work with the MIG group with cleaning and 5S
· Fill out proper paper work assigned with the task
· Generate reports as needed
Qualifications and Experience:
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· Ability bend, kneel, climb ladders, work at all heights lift heavy objects of 20 pounds or more
· Lock out tag out and work in a safe matter
· Ability to use basic hand tools and other equipment needed
· Knowledge of industrial truck, sky lifts and overhead cranes (will train)
· Basic computer knowledge
· Ability to work with minimal supervision
· Basic machine controls a plus but not necessary
· Attention to detail work to be performed in a professional manner

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
