As a float Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with Noll, you will have the unique opportunity to work on various units within one hospital, expanding your skill set and knowledge. Collaborate with a skilled team of healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of patient care.
Job Duties of Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
· Provide outstanding patient care
· Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
· Monitor patients’ vital signs and report any changes
· Float to various units including Acute Rehab, LTAC, and many more
· Assist with feeding and ensure residents receive proper nutrition and hydration
Qualifications of Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
· Active Nebraska Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License
· 2 years of hospital or facility experience – Must be recent within one year
· Must have excellent time management skills
· Must have reliable transportation
· Current BLS preferred
