Answerphone of America is an inbound-only contact center currently seeking In-House and Remote Entry Level & Experienced CSRs and In-House and Remote Experienced Shift Supervisors to join our rapidly growing contact center located in Statesville, NC. Office Locations: Hiring for both on-site and remote/work from home positions. Our corporate contact center is located in downtown Statesville, NC.
Shifts: We currently offer part time (15-20 hours per week) positions. To be eligible for this position you must be available to work one of the following shifts:
- 1st shift - Must be available to work any time between the hours of 6a and 4pm
- Midshift - Must be available to work any time between the hours of 10a and 8pm
- Switchover - Must be available to work any time between the hours of 3pm and 9pm
- 2nd Shift - Must be available to work any time between the hours of 1p and 11pm
- Floater - Must be available to work any time between the hours of 6a and 11pm
- Weekends Only - Must be available to work any time between the hours of 6a and 11pm on Saturdays and Sundays

Our employee compensation package begins with an hourly base rate, this hourly rate increases significantly based on 4 core performance factors: individual metrics, professionalism/helpfulness, and team bonuses. Applicant Requirements
- 2 Years Customer Service or 1 Year Contact Center Experience
- Must be a US Citizen with Good Voice, Tone, and Speak Proper English
- Typing: 40+ Words Per Minute
- Computer Literacy & Proficient w/ Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Minimum: High School Diploma Preferred: Bachelors/Associates/Some College
- Articulate, Helpful, & Professional Demeanor with Positive Attitude
- Excellent Time Management & Punctuality
- Exercises Proper Telephone Etiquette w/ Respectful & Caring Tone
- Goes Above & Beyond to Ensure the Job is Done Right
- Bilingual Agents Preferred But Not Required

- High Speed Wired Internet Connection (No WIFI or Hotspots)
- Desktop or Laptop Computer (Windows 10 or better, no MACS at this time)
- Headset w/ High Quality Audio & Microphone
- Quiet Office / Location Free From Distraction
Compensation Plan: Answerphone of America targets and hires the top 20% of contact center industry performers - then compensates our agents like the rock stars that they are! Our compensation plan rewards those that are the most productive and efficient with the most pay.
