SOCIAL & CONTENT COORDINATOR
As our Social & Content coordinator you will help drive our message of “Fit, Trend & Color Obsessed” to our hyper engaged customer base. You will join a small team of 5 and help spearhead our content and social strategy. This role requires a strong point of view in fashion and style as well as cultural alignment with our diverse customer base. You’ll be expected to work in front and behind the cameras to create engaging content that follows our brands guidelines and helps meet merchandising goals.
This role is a hybrid WFH role which requires 1-2 in office / content days per week.
In order to be considered for this role candidate must provide a link to a managed social media account that demonstrates the required competencies as listed below.
What you'll do:
- Create fashion forward, elevated, trending, engaging and educational style content.
- Be the vibe and style curator of the brand in order to produce brand loyalty and affinity.
- Partner with the brand's product team and CEO to embed our brand and founder story into the social storytelling.
- Stay on top of all social media trends and algorithm changes to keep social profiles relevant.
- Conceptualize, create, edit, and schedule content for Rebdolls organic social media channels: TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook & Youtube.
- Be a regular face (and voice) on our feeds.
- Partner with product teams to understand product drop schedule and strategize on content development that is engaging and ultimately results in sales.
- Partner with influencers and models to create content that aligns with social and brand strategy.
- Strategize and execute Rebdolls “in-office” content to help tell the story of the brand.
- Work collaboratively and cross-functionally to brainstorm and lay out content calendars and adhere to posting schedules.
- Report on weekly channel performance to optimize content and create more of what’s working and less of what is not.
- Respond to customer comments and messages efficiently while adhering to company communication standards and guidelines.
Required Competencies:
Expertise in Instagram and TikTok is a must
Experience in both photo and video social content creation and editing
Passion for Fashion, Beauty and Pop Culture
Excellent copywriting skills
Possess an eye for aesthetic curation and cohesive visual and written storytelling
Extremely organized, detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment
Strong leadership skills, and not afraid to bring ideas to the table
Minimum Qualifications:
2+ years of social media experience
Expertise in Instagram & TikTok
Knowledge on YouTube, Twitter & Pinterest
Strong knowledge of the culturally relevant influencers
Demonstrates strong ability for iPhone filming and editing
Bachelor's degree a plus
Works well in a fast changing environment with minimal supervision.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $56,026.00 - $59,219.00 per year
