Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. Previous experience in front desk at a plastic surgery, dermatology or med spa is a huge plus! The ideal candidate will have a lot of sales experience, be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support at the front desk. Ideal candidate has a passion for talking to clients and educating them on the best treatments and products to help them achieve their goals
Duties:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer calls and schedule clients
- Answer all client questions in detail and thoroughly advise.
- Manage incoming leads and emails
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Track, schedule and call leads, do client and member follow up calls
Skills:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for managing financial transactions
- Experience in a medical office setting is a plus
- Strong office marketing/management skills including spread sheets, canva, budget planning, report analysis
- Computer literacy with knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Ability to provide excellent customer support
- Efficient calendar management skills
