Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and typing
- Maintain office organization and cleanliness
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with billing and invoicing tasks
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and emails
Requirements:
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
- Strong clerical skills including data entry and typing
- Previous experience in a medical or dental office is a plus
- Knowledge of QuickBooks is advantageous
- Excellent organizational and administrative abilities
