Webster Landscape is an established landscape design + build company known for refined design, quality construction and timeless landscapes. Our process starts with our clients and understanding the spirit of a place to guide our design. We then steward projects through the construction process to completion. We are an experienced close knit team of craftsman working together to create beautiful gardens.
Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated candidate that has an interest in working closely with finance and the project management team; providing clients, vendors, and the public a professional impression of the company.
This is a role in our small team that requires someone who has the ability and enthusiasm to develop their skills to maintain and support multiple aspects of administrative functions.
Essential Functions
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (Office 365) Strong attention to detail including good analytical and organizational skills. MUST!
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Display a willingness to adapt, learn and grow, according to the needs of the company.
